Always Included + Complimentary

• Registration Assistance: Two Meet Dubuque staff members providing up to 5 hours for each day of your event.
• Materials: Printed or by QR code to a landing page with everything attendees will want to know about Dubuque.
• Welcome: Welcome message from the Mayor of Dubuque or Mayor Pro Tem.
• Mailing: Mailing of up to 1,000 pieces at 1 ounce rate.
• Event Assistance: For off-site events.

Cash Incentives: Choose from one of the following.

Room rebate increases by $2 per room if event booked January 3 – March 1 and November 2 – December 15. Based on cumulative room nights. 1,000 room nights is max payout. Room night pickups must be verified by hotel properties.

Hotel Room Rebates

• 200 - 450 Room Nights: $3 per room
• 451 - 650 Room Nights: $4 per room
• 651+ Room Nights: $5 per room

Transportation Assistance

Flying into the Eastern Iowa Airport? Let Travel Dubuque and our partners help get your group to our community! (It’s a 60-minute drive).

• We will assist in gathering motor coach rates for your review.
• Assistance ranges from $2,000 to 100% fully paid for! (Ask Julie for more details.)
• Sponsorship of “gathering room” with complimentary beverages and snacks.

To Qualify

• RFP (lead) must be sourced directly through a Meet Dubuque / Travel Dubuque representative at time of initial sourcing
• Must be a booking that is NEW or that has not met in Dubuque in the last 5 years
• Incentive can not be used as a deposit or cancellation fee for meeting
• Incentive is not retroactive
• Incentives valid for new booked business in 2026 – 2028
